Product Description

Machine applications:

This machine is the new model which is developed based on integrated domestic and foreign vanguard technology. It is high technology product incorporates pneumatic-photo-electro-mechanic which improve by a large on performance of equipment and working efficiency, it realizes cartoning fast, keeps running steady and reliably under fast running.

This machine is suitable for differenct kinds of products cartoning, such as: Sachet, alu foil condoms, pouch, soft al/al strips, wound plaster, ointment plaster, facial mask, tube, bottle, bliste soap, cofee bag etc.

It will finish the following process automatically:
On line product feeding and detecting, leaflet folding (1-4folds) and feeding,
Leaflet detecting, carton opening and forming, products and leaflet pushing into carton, batch number printing,
Sealing carton with tuck-in or hot melt glue device. Automatically reject when the product is lack of leaflet or product, and then finished product output.
