This wet tissue production line is designed especially for thewet tissue of multi pieces per bag, which includes two parts, one is wet wipes folding machine and the other is automatic packing machine.
The number per package can be adjusted in your requirement. The outline of machine is made by stainless steel. The PLC control system and the color touching screen will use the brand of Japan or Taiwan. It is easy to operation and the production speed is high. The function is steady.

Working processes
Raw material- synchronization transport- folding( type adjustable) -spray(wetting)-auto counting(control by PLC) - half fold- cut- input wet tissue (by manual) -synchronization transport-auto packing-punching and labeling- sealing and cutting- finished product.
