 MIC-R30 semi automatic tube filling and sealing machine is mainly used for the filling and sealing for the plastic tube and composite tube. It is widely applied in the pharmacy, cosmetic, food and industrial areas, it can be used to fill different kinds of glues, lotions, creams, shoe cream, tooth paste etc.

Machine details
 

1.Filling head, normally there is 1 filling head.

The approximity switch helps for the bench marking, which makes the filling preciser.

  2.Heating head, this machine is with doubel external heating head.

The copper made heating head, it is fast in temperature rising, and shortens the heating and sealing time.
 

3. Tube sealing and embossing, the tube sealing and embossing are finished at the same time.
 
After the copper head is heated, the tube tail is soft and can be shaped. Then we can press the tube tail to realize sealing.
The embossing can normally be 1 or 2 lines.
