VPD 400 automatic facial mask production line is designed and manufactured by our company.This line includes two machines. the mask forming folding machine and packing machine.it's suitable for making and packing all kinds of tissue mask and biocellulose mask with the functions of non- woven mask forming, folding, bag making, feeding mask, wetting, bag sealing and Output.

1. Cut the mask from the roll material

2. Fold mask

3. Made the pouch/bag from the film roll material or pre-made bags given directly

4. Put the mask into the bag.

5. Fill bag with mask by liquid

6. Seal bag and emboss the lot number.

7. Leak test--stain detection,UV sterilization,leak tesk,weight checker,stacking&cartoning packing,heat shrink packing/bundling is for extra option!
