TF-30 composite flexible pipe filling and sealing machine is mainly used for the principle of one drive. Features:
1. The external heating system of plastic (composite) hose adopts electric copper block insulation and synchronous electric hot air through the nozzle to heat the inner wall of the pipe evenly. It is much more advanced than the past method of only using external heating of the pipe.
2. The external heating of the machine adopts the principle of scissor reciprocating pressing, and the pipe heated internally through the upper station is heated outside the pipe wall, so that the heating condition of the plastic pipe wall is further improved, and a very perfect sealing condition is created for the sealing and pressing code in the back.
3. Seal and code. The same reciprocating scissors mechanism driven by the cylinder is used to press and seal the heated plastic tube (composite tube) and replace the steel seal according to the production batch number and date.
