The machine is based on the BTB-300A type, for some users packaged bulk items (such as: bulk poker, sand Qi, newspaper posted, memo paper, wafer biscuits) need to launch the lengthening machine ; Machine structure is reasonable, beautiful and generous, stable operation, easy to adjust.

1) No need to regulate the height of two work tops of the machine when the mould is replaced, no need to assemble or dismantle the material discharge chains and discharge hopper. Reduce the replacement time of the mould four hours to the present 30 minutes.
2) New-type double safeguard mechanisms are used, hence other spare parts will not be
damaged when the machine runs out of step without the stop of the machine.
3) Original unilateral hand swing device to prevent from shaking the machine adversely, and the non-rotation of the handwheel during the running of the machine can secure the security of the operator.
4) New-type double-rotary film cutting cutter can ensure no need to mill the blade during
many-year use of the machine, which overcomes the defect that the traditional stationary
single-rotary film cutting cutter was easily worn.

4. Others
1) Payment terms: 50% by advance payment and 50% before machine delivery.
2) Delivery time: 30 working days after receiving the advance payment and confirm the mould drawing.
3) Packing: sea worth wooden case.

7) Warrant term: one year guarantee totally free of charge, whole life maintenance.
8) Installing & Commissioning
Installation will be done by our technicians( if needed) after the machine placed at the site. All the utilities like water electrical will be connected by you. We shall depute our technicians after receiving your confirmation for the pre installation readiness. All our expenses including round -trip air ticket to the nearest airport, local conveyance to your factory ,Lodging & Boarding expense shall be paid by you. In case the stay of our technician, the service charge at US$100 per day will be charged extra.

10) Warranty period
The seller makes guarantee that the machines are new (or unused) and the guarantee period will be 12 (twelve) months, which starts from the date of the machine's arrival. During this Warranty period, the seller will provide free spare parts that cause by the machine's quality within 10 days by fast courier upon receipt of buyer's notice, with one condition that the freight will be affected by the buyer. If required for more spare parts additionally, the seller will arrange to have them got ready within 10 days on the buyer's account.
